The Art of Curating Refreshment
Curating refreshment is at the top of my bucket list this summer. I know if I don't, moments of pleasure will pass me by and I'll miss out on so much waiting to mesmerize and delight. Planning refreshment sounds like it should be easy, but I don't find that to be the case. Maybe it's the same for you. Like me, you may find great energy in filling your day with multi-tasking and plenty of accomplishments to check off the list of To-Do's. The Refreshed Woman Series
Summer brings with it an invitation to be refreshed! By the time June rolls around, my mind, body and soul are feeling the strain of a full and busy schedule. When I look through my packed agenda, my soul immediately yearns for the slow ease of reclaiming and nourishing myself from the inside out. As women, we know very well how to burn the candle at both ends. We juggle, multi-task and make it look easy, but all of this energy spent takes a toll.
